About us: Vävarns Kaffe is a cozy and popular coffee shop located at the Sickla Udde station of the Tvärbanan in Hammarby Sjöstad. We are known for our personal atmosphere and our exquisite coffee and bread. We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented barista who wants to be part of our team. The employment starts in January.

Job Description: As a barista at Vävarns Kaffe, you are our face to the public. You will be responsible for making coffee, sandwiches, and salads, as well as displaying bread from our bakery, among other tasks. Personal qualities are very important to us, as we value a friendly and positive attitude. We have many regular customers. It is an extra plus if you can bake.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, bread, and salads
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Handle the cash register and keep the work area clean and organized
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth café operations
• Open and close the café, including cleaning

Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience as a barista
• Good knowledge of latte art and an interest in coffee
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and ability to handle stressful situations
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new things

Employment Type: Part-time Monday to Friday, hourly employment
